What can be returned
Unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened makeup and fragrance cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
Message us at hello@veola.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We arrange a free pickup and refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
